Amazing harbor view, free shuttle, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great water taxi access.

i had a perfect hotel visit at Hyatt! the staff let me check into my room early and everyone, from front desk to restaurant to valet staff, greeted me with a genuine smile. they gave me great directions to sightseeing & transportation options. the room was nice and clean, and the proximity to the airport gave me several free or cheap methods to get downtown. the location and view of the harbor from my room was fantastic, and being able to reserve a day-use room on the final day of my trip was an absolute life-saver for me!
